Product Description
Free standing polished orthoceras sculpture about 30cm (12 inches) high and weighing about 2.3kg. The fossils are polished and raised from the matrix which has a contrasting rough finish. The base is sawn flat so that it can stand upright. This piece is from Morocco and around 400 million years old. Orthoceras are related to squid and octopus.
