A fur dog sponsored by Bluefrog took up the theme of a house where dogs are happy inside and out.
Battersea Dogs and Cats Home commissioned Derek Howarth to sculpt dogs that were then decorated by various celebrities and auctioned in 2005 as a fund raiser. These are miniature versions of some of these dogs. One pound is donated to Battersea for each one of these sold.
Solid resin about 21cm (8 inches) nose to tail and 15cm (6 inches) high.
The box is faded in places, but the dog is in perfect condition.
